Feather Wax Shoppe opened in 2019 by Licensed Cosmetologist and Wax Specialist Heather Mahn, after spending several years at a waxing chain. Frustrated by the rushed service and impersonal client experience, Feather Wax Shoppe was created as a space for women to feel comfortable in their own skin and receive the best possible waxing services using only the industry’s best hard wax and products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We charge 100% for no shows Late Policy We value punctuality and respect everyone’s time. As such, the following late policy will be enforced: • Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed for all scheduled appointments/meetings. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. • After 5 Minutes: If you arrive more than 5 minutes past the scheduled time, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment/meeting, depending on availability. • No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 10 minutes and have not contacted us, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and any applicable fees may be charged.
